HOW MUCH IS THE LICENSE FEE?
The License Fee for your trading area is $25,000.
WHAT IS THE TERM OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT?
The License term is for 10 years. You have a right to renew for an additional 10 years subject to the terms of the License Agreement.
WHAT IS THE ROYALTY?
A 5% royalty fee is payable weekly based on gross sales. The fee ensures ongoing support and consultation once the new franchise is in operation, both by personal meetings and telephone discussions. ARE THERE ANY OTHER ONGOING FEES?
There is an Advertising Fund that requires contributions by Licensees (presently at 2% to a maximum of 3%) of gross sales payable weekly. Click here for more details.
HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO INVEST IN OPENING A TOPPER'S PIZZA?

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD I POSSESS TO BE CONSIDERED A CANDIDATE FOR A LICENSE WITH TOPPER'S PIZZA?
All Topper's Pizza franchises thrive on the personal attention of the Franchise Partner. Topper's Pizza is looking for highly motivated people to join our team. We are committed to making our system the best. You must possess the following qualities:
- Belief in our award-winning pizza and CARE for our Customers’ Satisfaction –
- Communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- Have sufficient funds and credit standing to open and operate the Topper's Pizza franchise. You should have about 40% of the start-up cost in cash or liquid assets.
The balance may be obtained by bank financing.
These are some of the factors we review in selecting our Franchise Partners. Restaurant experience is not necessary. An appropriate personality, character and motivation are all critical in the restaurant business. Please analyze your own skills and attributes in detail, just as we must, before the decision is made to work toward establishing a new Topper's Pizza.
