As a Topper’s Pizza Franchise Partner, you will learn the ins and outs of our pizza business. You will master many operational and strategic aspects, including the following areas:
Safety, Security & General Behaviour
Store Level Marketing
Core Management Functions
- Initial training
- Site selection, building planning, and construction specifications assistance
- Co-ordination and assistance in the purchase of equipment and smallwares
- Pre-opening pizzeria assistance
- Store opening team support
Your Opening is Just the Beginning
Once your doors open, helping you stay focused on driving your performance becomes our focus. You’ll be assigned a Topper’s Franchise Consultant (TFC), whom will coach, advise and assist you with all of the questions and issues you may encounter.
Your TFC will work with you in a variety of areas, including inventory management, staffing and labour planning, training and people management, product ordering and with local store marketing. When you have questions, assistance and support is only a phone call away.
Customer Care Centre
When you become a Topper’s Pizza Franchise Partner, you have access to our Customer Care Centre, also known as our “Call Centre”. Based in Sudbury, all customer care centre staff are extensively trained to answer the phones in a polite, courteous and efficient manner and to handle all customer orders. Should a customer have a concern or issue with their order, the Customer Care Centre staff are empowered to take care of the customer right there, on the spot. This empowerment reiterates our “best pizza experience” with every customer, every pizza, every time!
